3rd August 2023: Update from Holt Medical Practice

Holt Medical Practice have been in touch and asked Blakeney Parish Council to share the following with the community:

“Holt Medical Practice have applied to close Blakeney Surgery and are now entering a period of Public Engagement that will run until 30th September.
Full details about the Practice’s reasoning behind the application are now available to view on their website at Blakeney Surgery Public Consultation | Holt Medical Practice (holt-practice.nhs.uk) along with details of the many ways that patients can get in touch with the Practice and share their thoughts on this topic.

The final decision whether to close Blakeney Surgery will be made by the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board early in the new year. For now, the Practice is committed to working with its patients to explore all future options and also any possible ways it can help to mitigate the impact of closure, should the application be approved.

A patient survey will be available for anyone who would like to complete it online, and in hard copy (available to collect from any of the 3 Surgeries) from 14th August and will run until it closes on 30th September. A link to the Survey will be posted once it goes live.”

We would encourage you to read the information from Holt Medical practice and share your feedback with the Practice.M
